Cancellation Policy

Effective date: 1 June 2026

This policy explains when and how you can cancel an order placed at fromthemist.in.

1. Before dispatch

You may cancel any order before it is dispatched for a full refund. To cancel:

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days of cancellation. Bank-side settlement takes a further 3–7 business days.

2. After dispatch

Once your order has been dispatched (you will receive a shipment email), it cannot be cancelled, because the fruit is already in transit and is perishable.

3. Cancellation by us

We may cancel an order at our discretion, including (without limitation) where:

  • The product is unexpectedly out of stock or below quality standards
  • The shipping address is non-serviceable
  • We suspect fraud or unauthorised payment
  • The listed price was incorrect due to a typographical error

If we cancel, we issue a full refund to the original payment method within 7 business days. We will email you to explain.
