Our avocados stay green when ripe. Press gently under the stem — ready when it just gives.

On the counter

Arrive firm? Leave at room temperature for two to four days. Speed it up in a paper bag with a banana.

Once ripe

Refrigerate to hold for two to three more days. Never refrigerate an unripe one — it stalls for good.
