Refund policy

Effective date: 1 June 2026

We grow and ship fresh fruit. Once an order leaves the farm, we cannot resell it. This policy explains when we issue refunds, and how to ask for one.

1. When we issue a refund

We refund your order if:

Damaged in transit — fruit arrives crushed, leaking, or contaminated due to handling.
Spoiled on arrival — fruit arrives with visible rot, mould, or off-odour.
Incorrect order — you received different items or quantities than what you paid for.
Non-delivery — the courier confirms the parcel was lost.

Include:

We may ask follow-up questions. Claims raised after 24 hours cannot be honoured because the condition of fresh produce changes rapidly.

Once we confirm a valid claim:

Refund — we refund the affected portion of your order to the original payment method within 7 business days of approval. Bank-side settlement typically takes a further 3–7 business days.

Ripeness preferences — we ship at the ripeness window stated on the product page. Slightly firmer or softer fruit at delivery is normal and not a defect.
Cosmetic variation — natural marks, size and colour variation are inherent to single-origin produce and not a defect.
Delivery delays caused by courier or you — refused parcels, incorrect address, or address unreachable. See the Shipping Policy.
Storage after delivery — once the parcel is in your possession, storage is your responsibility.
Claims raised after 24 hours of delivery — see Section 2.

Order cancellations are governed by our Cancellation Policy.
